The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbWho We're Looking For /b /ppbr/ppFor the bupcoming opening of our brand new Sebago store in Bologna, /b we are looking for experienced bSales Assistants. /b /ppAs a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. /ppYou will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. /ppYou will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness,
collaborating positively with the team. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsabilities /b /ppbr/pulliSupporting the customer in the sale; /liliMaintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; /liliReplenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; /liliMaintaining order and cleanliness in the store; /liliManaging fitting rooms following company guidelines; /liliManaging cashier operations. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbKnowledge, Skills and Abilities required /b /ppbr/pullibPrevious experience /b as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field); /liliExcellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus); /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /liliReliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbInitial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week). /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppThis role comes with an annual gross salary of around 25.000, plus a range of company benefits. /ppbr/ppbr/ppSebago is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
