For an important client we are looking for:Job TitlebrOperations Start-up LeaderLocationbrMantovaTypebrPermanent role, full-timeCompensation PackagebrCCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary 63.500,00.Position SummarybrAs a CAPEX project team member, ensure Vertical start-up and sustained performance, by proper preparation and leadership of the start-up phase.DutiesbrIn project design phase, assisting in the User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site operational constraints.br• Coordinate product/process permits licenses with the project manager, qualitybrmanager and the regulatory team.br• Coordinate/manage the starting and training processbr• Coordinate the Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up phasebr• Develop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification andbrverification phase, designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance.br• During project Start-up phase, coordinate/manage operational team and ensurebrproduct, equipment,
line and site certifications are completed on timebr• Ensure a proactive and eôective handover of the project to the operational teambrincluding the final Manufacturing dossier. Requirementsbr• Previous experience in running manufacturing Projects (e.g. Product specialist,brProcess engineer, Application group…)br• Developed ability to maintain a safe working environment through properbrhousekeeping (5 S) with safety practicesbr• Good knowledge of how training and coach peoplebr• Developed ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives.br• Developed ability to elaborate trade-oô for optimal choices.br• 3-5 years of experience in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisorbr• Approximately 3-5 years of experience as factory pillar leaderbr• University Degree in Engineeringbr• Fluency in English is required.
