Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice) Company: ZOLL Medical Italia Srl Department: Administration Discipline: Healthcare Key Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
- Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
- Documentation Management:
Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
- Hotline Management:
- Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30).
- After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
- Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges.
- Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
Required Qualifications
- Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills; respectful, friendly, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally (with colleagues) and externally (with patients and customers).
- University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Technical Assistant.
- Solid knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
- Practical experience as an ECG technician.
