In this role you will safeguard customer satisfaction across assigned accounts, coordinating technical requests and cross-functional support to ensure service delivery. You'll manage service contracts, monitor on-time delivery and KPIs, and communicate progress to customers and colleagues. You'll drive contract renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and present the value of services.
Collaborating with technical experts, you will shape lifecycle plans for customer assets and lead on-site and remote maintenance efforts. This position blends technical rigor with customer leadership in a hybrid work setting, contributing to ABB's energy transition goals.

Responsabilità
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
- Anticipate customer needs with strong account knowledge
- Manage service contracts, on-time delivery, and KPI tracking
- Drive contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Measure and present service value to stakeholders
- Develop lifecycle plans with technical experts
- Build cross-functional collaboration for service delivery
- Coordinate external resources and ensure HSE and integrity compliance
- Manage service engineering projects (e.g., migrations or upgrades)
- Oversee on-site preventive/corrective maintenance and remote support
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Senior experience in relevant industry
- Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and self-management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and sales teams
- Solid knowledge of control logic design for power generation systems (DEHC, BMS, boilers)
- Experience with power market software applications (Reactive Power Regulation, SART; Primary Frequency xkiyazw Regulation)
- Expertise in ABB automation and control technologies (INFI90, Harmony, S+ Suite, AC800F, AC800M, S800, AC500)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, OPC, Modbus)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations for power generation facilities
- Excellent command of Italian and English, willingness to travel domestically and internationally
