You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds. /em /ppbr / /ppstrongemThe Role: /em /strong /ppbr / /pulliemProvide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives /em /liliemOwn and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery /em /liliemDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery /em /liliemManage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants /em /liliemMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence /em /liliemIdentify stakeholders; br / establish their needs and expectations; br / and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs /em /liliemTake charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money /em /liliemServe as the primary point of contact for clients,
