Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain at the Battipaglia plant, ensuring efficient material flows, reliable production planning, and outstanding service to customers in the cable and energy solutions industry. You will guide integrated planning, S&OP;, procurement, and logistics, collaborating with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics. You will optimize material availability, stock levels, and supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement for efficiency and cost control.
You will partner with Sales and Finance on credit-sensitive customers and align with European supply chain initiatives in a strategic, international environment.

Responsabilità
- Oversee integrated planning including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment
- Lead the plant-level S&OP; process with inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics
- Ensure material availability by managing procurement, stock levels, and supplier interactions
- Supervise logistics operations including warehouse flows, transport coordination, and drum/coil management
- Manage the order portfolio to ensure accurate confirmations, timely deliveries, and high service (OTIF)
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes for efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance on credit-sensitive customers and with European supply chain teams on group initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong experience in planning, logistics, procurement, and S&OP; in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is a plus
- 10 years of relevant experience in structured industrial settings
- Leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Fluency in English; proactive, problem-solving mindset; French is a plus
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
