pResponsibilities: /pp1、Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in UK, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities; /pp2、Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side; /pp3、Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers; /pp4、Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement; /pp5、Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments; /pp6、Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver,
and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk; /pp7、Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members. /ppbr / /ppRequirement: /ppEducation：Bachelor degree or above； /ppSkills：good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing； /ppExperience: At least 3 years of experience for PM; Oversea working experience is prior consideration; Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery; /ppLanguage：Proficient in English /ppOthers：Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment. /p
