You will provide advanced support, contribute to operationalexcellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, andbusiness users to deliver a seamless IT experience.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requestsTroubleshootapplications, networks, and operating systemsPerformmonitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activitiesMaintainoperational documentation and knowledge base articlesSupportIT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersProvideonsite support and participate in on-call activities when requiredParticipate to on-duty-call servicePerformsecurity related activities up to 20% of the total time out of businesshoursYour profileTechnicalqualification in IT or a comparable fieldPreviousexperience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT OperationsStrongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledgeof IT infrastructure, operating systems,
