In this Specialist, Practice Marketing – Industry role, you drive marketing programs that raise Bain's visibility and credibility among priority clients. You'll partner with practice leaders and marketing colleagues to execute cross-channel campaigns and account-based initiatives that support growth. The role offers global exposure and the chance to influence Bain's market positioning through data-driven insights and collaboration with editorial, digital, and events teams.

You'll work hands-on to optimize campaigns, events, and assets that matter for key accounts, shaping our industry leadership.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost awareness and credibility for Bain among priority accounts and clients
- Identify target audiences and channels (events, advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations) to reach them
- Analyze data to generate performance insights and optimize activities for key decision-makers
- Monitor industry and marketing trends to inform decision-making
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and approach
- Use Bain's CRM to support audience targeting and priority accounts data needs in collaboration with CRM colleagues
- Plan and execute marketing activities for priority accounts with alignment to industry and capability strategies
- Maintain relationships with priority accounts to inform plans and outreach
- Deliver cross-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, video,



in-person activations) and optimize channel mix
- Collaborate with Client Heads and account teams to identify high-relevance opportunities and run account-based marketing in support of sales plays and must-win opportunities
- Create and update foundational marketing assets (webpages, partner profiles, materials)
- Support email campaigns with content framing and targeted mailings to priority audiences
- Advise on and use internal content marketing platforms to aggregate data and identify gaps
- Measure campaign results with analytics and feedback to refine strategies for priority accounts
- Support event execution for conferences and client events, coordinating with account teams
- Prepare communications to promote marketing activities to internal audiences
- Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving with teammates
- Adopt new tools, including xkiyazw GenAI, to increase team efficiency
- Be flexible and adapt to new projects and team needs as they arise

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Expertise in marketing programmes and processes
- Strong written and oral communication; able to liaise with senior stakeholders with minimal guidance
- Ability to engage with external contacts as a Bain marketing representative
- Client-centric mindset and calm under pressure with adaptability to senior input
- Experience coordinating and executing projects and large events, including budget management
