As a truly global company, we value the diversity of roles and skills within our team, with colleagues from nearly 30 nationalities collaborating towards a common goal. /p pWith our head office in Vantaa and our factory in Kerava, Finland, we have a global reach with subsidiaries in France, Germany, Italy, North America, Spain, Sweden, Poland, the United Kingdom, and China. /p h3About the role /h3 pMarioff Italy is entering an important phase of industrial growth and transformation. /p pTo support this evolution, we are seeking a senior operations leader who will play a key role in strengthening and scaling our industrial capabilities, while leading the transition towards a more structured, modern, customer focused and efficient organization. /p pMarioff Italy bOperations Director /b role holds end‑to‑end operational accountability, covering manufacturing, sourcing, and internal logistics, this role will lead the lean transformation of Italian Operations and ensures the safety working environment and quality of services and product according to the customer expectations. /p pThe Operations Director will be responsible for driving the evolution of the current operations model, improving industrial performance, and assessing the need for new production facility together with Marioff Group Operations Organization. /p pThis is a highly strategic and hands‑on role, requiring strong execution capabilities, credibility on the shop floor, and proven experience in industrial transformation within entrepreneurial or medium‑size industrial environments,
where processes, organization and culture evolve together. /p h3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3 h3Manufacturing Transformation Operational Excellence /h3 ul liLead the evolution of the manufacturing model towards a structured, cost effective, scalable and process‑driven organization to meet the business growth targets /li liAssess need for new production facility and in case needed /li liIntroduce and strengthen lean manufacturing principles, industrial standards and operational discipline based on Marioff Group Standards /li liEnsure compliance with quality, safety and environment management systems and standards and enhance operations’ safety culture /li liDefine and implement KPIs to improve productivity, quality, safety, delivery performance and operational efficiency /li liDrive cost competitiveness and manufacturing performance through better planning, resource utilisation and process optimisation /li /ul h3Sourcing and Logistics /h3 ul liLead factory‑level sourcing in alignment with group sourcing strategies /li liEnsure material and service availability for production and customer deliveries /li liDrive cost competitiveness and supplier performance /li liCollaborate with group sourcing organization on supplier selection, risk, and compliance /li liInternal Logistics Material Flow /li liOwn internal logistics and warehouse operations /li liEnsure efficient material flow from receiving through production to finished goods storage /li liOptimize inventory levels according to group policies /li liImprove internal logistics efficiency, accuracy, and space utilisation /li /ul h3Organization Leadership /h3 ul liDrive the cultural evolution of the organization, helping teams adapt to more structured ways of working /li liBuild, structure and strengthen the operations organization and leadership team /liliEnsure close alignment with business units,
