Headquartered in Italy and with a strong presence in Spain, France, Germany and LATAM and South-East Asia -the group combines global reach with local proximity to offer direct service to businesses and public administrations /ph3YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY: /h3ulliPlan and govern the entire migration lifecycle, from gap analysis and assessment through go-live and post-migration stabilization. /liliDefine project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment and execution according to agreed plans. /liliOrganize and lead regular project governance meetings and status updates. /liliMonitor project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. /liliMaintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and lessons learned. /liliDefine quality criteria and acceptance requirements, coordinating testing, validation, and post-migration verification to ensure service continuity and minimal disruption for end users.



/liliSupport Customer Delivery and Success activities for enterprise customers when required, collaborating with customers, partners, and vendors on customized solutions. /li /ulh3YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: /h3h3Hard Skills /h3ulliProven experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, Customer Success, or Software/SaaS Migration projects. /liliExperience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /liliStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, and tracking tools. /liliUnderstanding of software migrations, data migration processes, integrations, and service continuity requirements. /liliExperience working in enterprise or multi-product environments. /liliAbility to coordinate teams without direct hierarchical authority. /li /ulh3Preferred Knowledge In: /h3ulliProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent). /liliBasic technical understanding of REST APIs and integration architectures, including hands-on use of Postman for API testing and integration activities. /liliKnowledge of SaaS platforms and digital solutions. /liliFluent in Italian English is mandatory, French and/or Spanish is a plus. /li /ulh3Soft Skills: /h3ulliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. /liliStrong ability to interact with different business functions and senior management. /liliResults-oriented mindset with strong focus on delivery quality and deadlines. /liliProblem-solving and decision-making capabilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
