This role involves hands‑on technical work at solar farm installations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. /ph3Locations /h3pWe are recruiting for solar farm sites in the following regions: Piedmont, Torino, Alessandria, Asti, Novara, Cuneo, Vercelli, Biella, Verbania. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these regions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3bInstallation Commissioning /bulliInstall, commission, and test solar PV systems at utility‑scale solar farms /liliConnect solar panels, inverters,
and electrical components according to technical specifications /liliPerform system integration and grid connection procedures /liliConduct pre‑commissioning inspections and quality checks /li /ulbMaintenance Operations /bulliCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in PV systems /liliMonitor system performance and identify areas for optimization /liliReplace faulty components including panels, inverters, cables, and junction boxes /li /ulbSafety Compliance /bulliAdhere to all health and safety regulations on‑site /liliConduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols /liliEnsure compliance with Italian electrical standards and regulations /liliMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and site visits /li /ulbTechnical Support /bulliProvide technical support to the operations team /liliCollaborate with engineers and project managers on system improvements /liliReport technical issues and recommend solutions /liliSupport commissioning activities for new installations /li /ulh3Technical Qualifications /h3ulliElectrical qualification or equivalent technical certification /liliProven experience working on solar PV systems (minimum 2-3 years preferred) /liliKnowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and electrical distribution systems /liliUnderstanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems /liliFamiliarity with solar farm operations and maintenance procedures /li /ulh3Language Skills /h3ulliFluent Italian (essential for daily operations and client communication) /liliEnglish proficiency (desirable for technical documentation) /li /ulh3Location Mobility /h3ulliMust be based in the Piedmont region /liliValid Italian or EU driving license (essential for site visits)
