ppbProcess Engineer /b /p pAre you ready to embark on a transformative journey to decarbonize the maritime industry? /p pWe are looking for a bProcess Engineer /b willing to mix creativity and engineering skills to develop design of fuel systems for the marine industry. /p pThe preferred location for this position is Vaasa (Finland) but also Helsinki, Turku (Finland), Trieste (Italy) are negotiable. /p h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 pAs a bProcess Engineer /b you will have the possibility to follow the entire lifecycle of our products from initial design to operational support through manufacturing, installation and commissioning at shipyard. /p pYour work will mainly focus on engineering solutions for fuel supply systems for LNG, Methanol and Ammonia. /p pYou will be responsible of the design of piping instrument diagrams (PID) and defining process equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, compressors etc.). You will also be responsible for creating thermodynamic and pressure drop calculations/simulations, developing operating procedures and other supporting technical documents for the fuel supply system. /p pIn this position you will be part of an international team working in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines as well as with customers, classification societies, suppliers and other stakeholders. You’ll also have the opportunity to play an active role in the constant development activities for the fuel supply systems for all the fuels.



/p h3Requirements for the position /h3 ul liMSc in Chemical and Process Engineering or Energy Technology /li liKnowledge of the marine/shipbuilding industry is seen as an advantage /li liExperience with AutoCAD /li liExperience with Process simulation software (AspenTech, MATLAB, AFT Fathom) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGood technical knowledge and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work independently /li liResponsible, flexible, proactive, stress-resistant and planning skills /li liFluency in the English language, both written and verbal /li liGood communication and collaboration skills /li /ul pThe primary location for this role is Finland but this role can also be based in Italy where the annual salary range would be 27 887 EUR – 39 270 EUR , depending on seniority, and in accordance with the salary provisions in the National Collective Labor Agreement for workers in the metalworking and plant installation industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
