Overview

As a Senior Associate in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services, you support buy-side and sell-side deals with rigorous financial analysis to inform investment decisions. You’ll work with private equity and corporate clients in a global, fast-paced environment, learning quickly and collaborating with senior team members. The role blends financial due diligence, trend analysis, and report preparation to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation.

Responsabilità

- Prepare in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities
- Examine historical trends and fluctuations, including non-recurring items
- Contribute to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
- Flexibility to travel, as required
