# Pricing & Commercial Analyst **Work location:** Italy, Apulia, Bari **Sector:** Fashion Design **Role:** Other **Date of last update:** 08/09/2026 --- ### Job description STAFF SPA, Employment Agency, searches and selects for a client operating in the Fashion sector n°1 **Pricing & Commercial Analyst** To strengthen the Commercial Team, an analytical and data-driven figure is sought to support commercial decisions through data analysis. The role includes pricing and promotions, sales performance analysis, reporting and Business Intelligence, working transversally across different sales channels. **Main responsibilities** **Sales Analysis & Reporting** * Prepare periodic analyses and ad hoc reports on sales, product performance, promotional trends and main commercial KPIs. * Monitor the performance of different sales channels, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. * Prepare sell-out reports and analyses for brand partners. * Support the commercial team through quantitative analyses functional to business decisions. **Business Intelligence & Commercial Tools** * Manage, update and develop reporting using corporate Business Intelligence tools. * Create and maintain operational tools to support the commercial team: forecasts, pricing tools, price lists and files dedicated to the different channels. * Collaborate on the development of new dashboards, tools and processes aimed at improving the quality and timeliness of commercial information. * Verify the reliability and consistency of the data used in analyses and reporting.
**Pricing & Promotion** * Manage the updating and maintenance of price lists for different sales channels. * Implement and manage the pricing and promotional strategies defined by the company. * Monitor the impact of promotional activities on sales performance. * Manage the implementation of sales for boutiques and the online channel, ensuring their correct application and sharing with all points of sale. * Ensure consistency and alignment of pricing and promotional policies across different channels. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in analytical roles in commercial, merchandising, sales analysis or pricing, preferably in the fashion, retail or luxury sectors. * Degree in Economics or related disciplines; * Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalents. * Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and commercial KPIs. * Strong numerical aptitude and ability to transform data into useful business insights. * Precision, organizational autonomy and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. * Good knowledge of English. * Proactive approach, problem-solving and results-oriented. * Propensity for collaboration with different company teams and functions.
