Armani Hotel Milano , situato nel Quadrilatero della Moda, è la seconda collaborazione tra Giorgio Armani S.p.a. ed Emaar Properties PJSC. Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un'ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l'hotel ospita l'Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l'Armani/Bamboo Bar,



mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.

Posizione:

- Learn to handle guests’ requests in an appropriate manner
- Assist with the update of reservations and send confirmation letters
- Assist colleagues in answering clients and/or travel agents’ emails
- Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Accepts and delivers wake‑up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
- Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

Requisiti:

- Proficiency in English and Italian – Third language would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
- Detail oriented, positive

Applicants must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
