We are looking for a Resident & Operations Manager for a prestigious independent boutique hotel located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.
The property is an intimate, high-end hospitality environment where personalised service, attention to detail and a strong sense of place are essential. We are looking for a passionate hotel professional who can combine hands-on operational leadership with commercial awareness and a strong focus on quality.

THE ROLE The Resident & Operations Manager will be a key reference point for both guests and the team, taking responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the property and contributing directly to its commercial and service performance.
The role covers five key areas:
Guest Experience | Operations | People | Booking & Revenue | Quality
Key responsibilities include
- Supervising the booking process, direct enquiries and pre-arrival guest communication
- Monitoring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up, booking pace, lead time and other key revenue indicators
- Working on pricing, availability, distribution channels and revenue optimisation
- Developing direct bookings, upselling and ancillary revenue opportunities
- Coordinating daily hotel operations and ensuring effective communication between departments
- Creating and implementing SOPs, checklists and operational standards
- Establishing consistent service standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast/F&B; and guest services
- Conducting quality controls and internal audits
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, reviews, complaints and feedback
- Identifying areas for improvement and turning them into concrete operational actions
- Recruiting, onboarding, training and coordinating the hotel team, including seasonal staff
- Ensuring that service standards are consistently applied throughout the property
- Acting as a visible and highly present point of reference for guests and employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a hospitality professional with solid experience in hotel operations, ideally gained in boutique, luxury or upscale properties.
The right person will have:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position mainly in resorts
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, booking and revenue management
- A good understanding of hospitality KPIs and commercial performance
- Experience in creating and implementing operational procedures and service standards
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- A genuine passion for guest experience and personalised service
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to combine attention to detail with a clear business perspective

THE OFFER
Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract

Salary: €3,000 net/month + 13a, 14a, TFR
Accommodation: Private apartment provided as a benefit
