We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Racing Fuel Leader to drive the growth, performance, and strategic development of our Racing Fuel business.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the Racing Fuel organization, strengthening our position within the international motorsport industry, and ensuring excellence across commercial, operational, and customer-focused activities. You will act as a trusted representative of the company among customers, motorsport federations, and other key stakeholders, contributing to the continuous development of our brand and reputation within the racing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Racing Fuel business strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and long-term competitiveness.
- Lead and develop relationships with customers, motorsport teams, and national and international motorsport federations.
- Drive sales performance through customer-focused, data-driven commercial management and business development initiatives.
- Manage pricing, profitability, and continuous margin improvement across the Racing Fuel portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, services,
and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Oversee purchasing, product supply, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with OTIF standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Racing Fuel team, fostering high performance, talent growth, and organizational capability.
- Supervise branding and marketing activities to strengthen market positioning and company reputation within the motorsport industry.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Group requirements while maintaining effective credit and commercial risk management.

What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in a senior commercial, business development, or leadership role within the fuel, motorsport, automotive, or related industries.
· Strong understanding of motorsport ecosystems and racing operations.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven leadership capability.
· Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
· Willingness to travel internationally.
