In this role, you ensure product quality across development and operations, leading QA protocols and root-cause-driven improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, audits, and NCRs while driving continuous quality improvements. You'll analyze performance data to monitor trends and support standardization of processes. This position offers a chance to shape quality culture within a global manufacturing environment and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilità

- Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues on NCRs
- Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrences
- Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices
- Participate in developing and reviewing project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met




- Analyze performance data and generate reports to monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee quality within operations, promoting excellence in products, processes, and systems

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- 3–4 years of related experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, xkiyazw Pareto, 8D)
- Full English and Italian language proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic GD&T; and Lean (preferred)
- Computer proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team
