YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLEAs based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team helping us to coordinate Zegna Su Misura projects and initiatives related to training programs, visual and sales strategy, CVM,
communication and others to develop Zegna Su Misura business in a new omnichannel configuration. Su Misura Project Coordinator
- Coordinate global Su Misura training projects, ensuring support to G/Local Academies, development and delivery of seasonal and continuous training materials, certification programs and alignment with Head of Academy and Retail Training teams to ensure consistency of practices, content and communication tools
- Support Su Misura engagement and community initiatives, managing platform and communication network
- Develop the communication strategy of global Su Misura retention programs and contests
- Coordinate cross-functional activations with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, CRM/CVM and other key business functions, ensuring seamless implementation of global Su Misura initiatives and projects
- Work directly with CVM in the implementation, maintenance and expansion of Su Misura client database
