Senior PSYOP professional shaping influence operations to support strategic objectives. You will integrate PSYOP with cross-domain effects, coordinate with interagency and partners, and brief senior leaders to secure guidance. This role focuses on practical messaging, assessment, and risk management in dynamic, multinational contexts. You'll work to advance national security missions and contribute to mission-ready capabilities through rigorous planning and collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Plan, coordinate and integrate PSYOP activities aligned with commander intent
- Develop PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis
- Coordinate PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors
- Integrate PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects across domains
- Support media campaign planning and execution with aligned messaging and targeting
- Utilize analytic platforms (e.g., Maven Smart System, C2IE)
for planning, targeting, and assessment
- Assist assessment by defining influence indicators and informing plan refinement
- Advise leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and effects to ensure cultural/legal soundness
- Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES for approval of concepts, plans, operations, or policies
- Leverage doctrinal PSYOP expertise to achieve target objectives in complex environments
Requisiti fondamentali
- Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
- 10 years' experience in planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and/or executing PSYOP
- 7 years' experience in military xkiyazw planning processes (JPP, military decision-making, joint targeting, or campaign planning)
- Active TS clearance and SCI eligible
- Bachelor in a relevant field as listed
- Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers
- Proficiency in standard military software applications and communication systems
