Overview

As Consortia Project Manager you will lead the administration and execution of chemical-regulatory consortia, coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders. You contribute to expanding ReachCentrum’s services and ensure smooth financial and project governance. You will report to the General Manager or team lead and collaborate with staff to support clients in REACH/biocides operations.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination to deliver compliant, timely outcomes for consortium members.

Responsabilità

- Organize consortia activities and planning
- Maintain administration including financial management and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate consortia meetings (technical and executive)
- Lead discussions, build consensus, and coordinate ongoing technical work
- Prepare legal drafts when needed and flag potential issues
- Collaborate with finance to manage consortia finances and cost-sharing rules
- Support clients in day-to-day REACH/biocides-related operations
- Maintain contacts with third parties and authorities (e.g., ECHA,



European Commission)
- Apply best practices in regulatory management and thought leadership for clients
- Advise clients on regulatory impacts and foresee potential issues

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master degree or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of REACH and European chemicals law (REACH, BPR, CLP)
- 5–10 years of experience as project manager in a client-facing role
- Consultancy experience or work in a consulting environment
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in joint projects
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience advising clients on regulatory issues
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with companies to advocate common interests
