Overview

In this role, you will manage the full product development lifecycle for the Leather Goods category, acting as the bridge between Design, Merchandising, and technical teams. You will ensure creative and commercial fit within seasonal calendars, while driving quality improvements. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver compelling luxury products. This is a chance to shape product outcomes from concept to final samples in a renowned Maison.

Responsabilità

- Interpret sketches and inputs from Design Office and translate into clear technical information
- Oversee prototyping and sample creation with internal atelier
- Manage external suppliers for sample production within deadlines
- Collect technical feedback on prototypes to optimize later stages
- Enter technical data into PLM and track collection progress
- Compile technical sheets for prototypes and samples




- Define technical material combinations in the system
- Verify BOMs for samples to ensure cost accuracy
- Ensure adherence to development calendar deadlines
- Act as the main contact for Design, Marketing, and Operations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 6 years of experience in product development in Luxury Leather Goods
- Excellent command of English (mandatory); French a strong plus
- Proficiency in Centric PLM and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to adapt language for creative vs. technical teams
- Proactive mindset to resolve issues during prototyping
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under tight calendars
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility for last-minute changes
- Natural ability to foster trust and long-term collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
