Overview In this role you lead the Sourcing Management Process to analyze suppliers, markets, and supply chains, shaping category strategies and supplier value. You will manage category execution, contracts, risk and stakeholder engagement with limited supervision. Your work drives cost insight, negotiation outcomes, and compliance across assigned spend areas. This position offers the chance to influence procurement strategy and collaborate across GSM, Commercial Operations, and related teams.
Responsabilità
- Conduct detailed supplier and market analysis to provide actionable insights for Sourcing Management teams
- Develop and execute cost models and purchase price analyses
- Lead pre-negotiation planning and supplier negotiations within approval limits
- Lead RFIs and RFPs with structured supplier response analysis and sourcing recommendations
- Execute supplier compliance assessments and risk mitigation planning
- Prepare, negotiate, and implement contracts and supplier commitments
- Own reporting and management of supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement actions
- Build strong relationships with GSM, Commercial Operations, and other teams; align with stakeholder needs
- Share learnings, best practices, and procurement tools across the organization
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree
- English and Italian fluency
- 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or related commercial operations
- Strong knowledge of suppliers, commercial operations, and procurement
- Proven ability to manage sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships independently
- Proficiency with SAP and Ariba
- Rapid, disciplined decision making; clear and candid communication
- Strong results orientation and issue/risk escalation ability
- Ability to prioritize, align, and simplify work with an enterprise mindset
