In this role you will lead the U.S. and Mexico month-end close and financial reporting to IFRS standards, acting as a trusted partner to local leadership and Shared Services. You will own budgeting cycles and ensure data quality in Hyperion/Oracle HFM, while shaping narratives on variances for executive oversight. The position sits within a global luxury group and offers exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency finance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across geographies to drive accurate, timely financial insights and processes.

Responsabilità
- Lead month-end and year-end close for the U.S. and Mexico with IFRS compliance
- Deliver P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with variance analysis
- Own data submission into Hyperion/Oracle HFM within deadlines
- Coordinate annual budget and periodic reforecasts for the perimeter
- Interface with Shared Services to ensure timely, high-quality information flows
- Liaise with Group headquarters in Italy,



Americas Finance team, and local market leadership

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting in a multinational setting
- Experience with Shared Services Centre models
- Luxury retail, consumer goods, or similarly complex, deadline-driven environments preferred
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling)
- Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / Oracle EPM; SAP a plus
- Solid IFRS understanding; local GAAP knowledge for US/Mexico a plus
- Italian and English native or professional proficiency
- Bachelor's xkiyazw degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Ability to work under pressure, deliver to hard deadlines with accuracy
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management in a matrix, cross-geography setting
- Autonomous, self-directed with ability to resolve ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with analytical synthesis for executive narratives
- Collaborative in building Shared Services relationships
