ph3Role purpose: /h3 pScopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa occasione scorrendo subito verso il basso. /p pHe/She is responsible to assure a smooth transition of products from the initial design phase to the high volume manufacturing phase, up to the end of life. /p pHe/She will be in charge of the Process Design and Development, according to the Lean Manufacturing rules, in order to enhance product performance and functionality, to improve quality and manufacturability and to recommend changes to reduce the overall manufacturing cost of a product. /p h3Key accountabilities and decision ownership: /h3 ul liAssures manufacturing process development work outputs in line with APQP and project plan: /li liDefine and development the processes flow of new and exsisting products according to Lean Manufacturing Rules and industry 4.0 methods. /li liprocess FMEA and control plan; /li liprocess verification reports (also provided by other team members); /li lioperator work instruction; /li liprocess final qualification and readiness. /li liGuides the design of the production flows and PFMEA analysis of new products bringing to the attention of the product designers the performance data of the manufacturing equipments. /li liSupports Quality and Manufacturing team during PPAP and Customer audit. /li liDrafts high level technical specification for Tool Design team to enable the design and construction of assembly and test tools and equipments. /li liResponsible for corrective actions and/or improvement on processes issued.
/li liCollaborates with all the team/function involved with the aim to release to the production the equipment and the process according to the performance level foreseen. /li liReport on the progress of projects. /li liCollaborate and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers. /li liWorkstation optimization based on Lean approach. /li liDevelop, implement and support cultural change across the organisation and drive improvement based on Lean approach. /li /ul h3Core competencies, knowledge and experience: /h3 ul liExcellent ability to team work, Leadership and decision making. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Six sigma, Kanban. /li liDeep understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes such as electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA). /li liExcellent understanding of Quality Standards required in mass Automotive or Consumer product manufacturing (FMEA). /li liGood oral and written communication skills in English. /li /ul h3Must have technical / professional qualifications:
