In this role you will support global demand planning for NI ON Optics products, enabling profitable growth through accurate forecasting and proactive risk management. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, drive demand review meetings, and improve delivery and planning accuracy. You'll implement statistical forecasting methods to strengthen the DPA and influence supply chain decisions.

Responsabilità
- Create and maintain global demand plans for NI ON Optics products
- Monitor CBT order income against demand plans and propose corrective actions
- Analyze trends to inform timely supply chain decisions
- Maintain close relationships with markets and internal/external stakeholders




- Monitor bottom-up demand plans to mitigate Excess & Obsolescence (E&O;) and lead-time risks
- Improve Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA) by influencing delivery performance
- Host demand planning processes and prepare related reports for global planning reviews
- Apply statistical forecasting techniques and market knowledge to enhance planning quality
- Lead projects with significant risk and complexity and define project strategy

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Analytics
- Basic knowledge of forecasting techniques including machine learning xkiyazw
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex data
- Proven experience leading demand review meetings and achieving consensus among stakeholders
