ph3Job Summary /h3pThe Technical Sales Engineer OEM Chiller is responsible for providing technical and commercial support to OEM customers and the sales organization throughout the entire pre‑sales process. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing optimized chiller and heat pump solutions, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and serving as the key technical interface between customers, sales, product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The position contributes to business growth by supporting customer acquisition, retention, and new product development initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical support to OEM customers for chillers, heat pumps, and thermal management solutions. /liliAnalyze customer specifications and application requirements to identify optimal product solutions. /liliPrepare technical selections, performance calculations, and system recommendations. /liliDevelop and review technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with sales and product management teams. /liliSupport the quotation process by ensuring technical accuracy and commercial feasibility. /liliConduct technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders. /liliAct as the primary technical contact during the pre‑sales phase of OEM projects. /liliCollaborate with RD, engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams to support customer‑specific requirements. /liliSupport New Product Development (NPD) activities by providing market feedback and customer insights. /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the HVAC and OEM sectors. /liliParticipate in customer meetings, factory visits, trade shows, and technical reviews. /liliAssist in the transition of projects from the sales phase to order execution and project management teams. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies.
