In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering projects, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring smooth operations of our resort's facilities. - Coordinate engineering projects across the resort,
liaising with various departments and external contractors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for all engineering systems and equipment - Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the engineering department - Prepare and maintain engineering budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Assist in the procurement of equipment and materials for engineering projects - Coordinate training sessions for staff on new equipment and procedures - Act as a point of contact for engineering-related queries from other departments vetrinabakeca
