ph3Who You Are /h3pThe resource will have a hybrid role combining responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, an interest in Real Estate and technology, and the ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential characteristics for this role. /ph3Your Activities /h3ulliCross-support all activities of the research team. /liliCollecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets. /liliDevelop market outputs through the production of market maps, reports and presentations. /liliCollaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve data collection,



validation and management processes. /liliSupport the development of automated research workflows and database maintenance activities. /liliLeverage AI and digital tools to enhance market research, data intelligence and reporting activities. /li /ululliStrong interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets. /liliInterest in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies. /liliNative Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). /liliKnowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar analytical tools would be considered a plus. /liliStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
