Overview

As Consolidation & Reporting Manager, you will own the preparation of group consolidated financial statements under IFRS, manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation, and oversee changes in consolidation scope. You will work closely with the Corporate Finance team to ensure accurate, timely reporting and adherence to governance requirements. This role offers a chance to shape group accounting processes within a growing international group. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing accuracy with deadlines.

Responsabilità

- Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements including adjusting and consolidation entries
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and eliminations, investigate variances
- Translate foreign subsidiaries' statements and manage FX differences
- Manage changes in consolidation scope (acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, reorganizations)
- Assist in accounting for Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), goodwill,



and consolidation differences
- Prepare reporting packages and accounting instructions for Group companies
- Analyze subsidiary-submitted data for completeness and accuracy
- Support consolidated Notes to the Financial Statements and audit documentation
- Coordinate with FP&A; to ensure consistency between management reporting and consolidated data
- Liaise with foreign subsidiary admin teams to support accounting activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting
- Experience in multinational listed companies or top-tier audit/advisory firms
- Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS
- Proven ability to manage complex reporting under tight deadlines
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of USGAAP and Oracle experience is a plus
