pstrongLong-term B2B Contract | Italy / Primarily Remote /strong /ppbr / /ppSixteenFifty is supporting a global manufacturing organisation looking for an experienced strongITSM / ServiceNow CMDB Analyst /strong to join its international technology organisation on a long-term B2B engagement. /ppbr / /ppThe role will focus on the ongoing stronggovernance and improvement of IT Service Management processes /strong, working across ServiceNow, CMDB, Knowledge Management and the wider service environment. /ppbr / /ppWorking closely with internal technology teams and external service providers, you will help ensure ITSM processes are well governed, consistently followed and continue to evolve in line with the needs of the organisation. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe ITSM/ServiceNow CMDB Analyst will be responsible for: /strong /pulliSupport the governance and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across strongIncident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management /strong /liliSupport the ongoing maintenance and governance of strongServiceNow /strong /liliMaintain the strongCMDB /strong, helping ensure Configuration Items, relationships and underlying data remain accurate and up to date /liliMonitor CMDB health and support improvements around data quality, ownership and lifecycle management /liliSupport the continued development of strongKnowledge Management /strong, process documentation and service information /liliWork closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure agreed processes,
standards and service levels are followed /liliSupport ServiceNow enhancements, workflows and improvements based on operational requirements /liliMonitor service performance, KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for continual service improvement /liliSupport governance forums, service reviews and wider ITSM initiatives /liliHelp drive greater consistency and maturity across the organisation's service management practices /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongExperience required: /strong /pulliStrong experience across strongIT Service Management / IT Operations /strong within an enterprise environment /liliGood working knowledge of strongServiceNow /strong /liliExperience across core ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management /liliUnderstanding of strongCMDB / Configuration Management /strong, with experience maintaining CMDB data and supporting its governance /liliGood understanding of strongITIL principles and service management best practice /strong /liliExperience working with external vendors / managed service providers /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /liliComfortable working across technical, operational and business teams /lilistrongFluent Italian and English /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppThis is expected to be a stronglong-term, multi-year B2B engagement /strong with a global organisation headquartered in Milan.
