Overview
In this Backend Engineer role, you will design and evolve cloud-native backend systems to support Technogym’s ecosystem of devices, apps, and integrations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure services and uphold reliability. You’ll mentor peers and leverage AI tools to improve code quality. This position offers the chance to impact a global fitness technology platform and contribute to operational excellence at scale.

Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.js
- Architect and manage cloud-native services ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery and ensure compliance
- Handle incidents and improve alerting with the infrastructure team
- Leverage AI tools to review, debug, and optimize code





Requisiti fondamentali
- 4-5 years of professional cloud-native backend development
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data-intensive architectures, and scalability
- Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Excellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time data pipelines (preferred)
- Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeio, Cursor (preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices (preferred)
