As EHS Manager at the Breganze site, you lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function to ensure legal and AGCO standards compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture. You serve as the site's RSPP, guiding leadership and frontline teams on EHS matters and driving improvements across safety, environment, and sustainability. This role combines people leadership with hands-on risk reduction, audits, and continuous improvement to support the site's performance and mission.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop the site EHS team and set priorities aligned with business needs and corporate requirements
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage EHS policies, procedures, and systems; lead risk assessments and mitigation
- Coordinate EHS training, drive safety culture, and coach leaders on expectations and best practices
- Oversee environmental permits, monitoring,
and sustainability initiatives; drive reporting and improvement
- Manage internal/external audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Support operational, engineering, and facility projects from an EHS perspective; promote best practices and continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Qualification to act as RSPP within an industrial environment
- Minimum xkiyazw 10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
- Previous people management experience
- Strong knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental legislation
- Experience with EHS management systems and ISO 45001
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance
- Fluent Italian and English
