Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates will oversee production workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
