The role ensures the effective execution of Mechanical Completion processes both during the home office phase and at project sites, contributing to the successful handover of systems and subsystems to commissioning and operations. /ppbr / /ppuIn home office /u /ppUnder the guidance of the Mechanical Completion Leader, you will be responsible for: /pulliSupporting the set-up of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning master inspection and test plan (ITP) models. /liliCooperating with Mechanical Completion Coordinators, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure all deliverables required for the Completion Database comply with contractual requirements. /liliManaging and updating Mechanical Completion data and engineering information within dedicated project systems and databases. /liliSupporting the configuration of Mechanical Completion tools and user accounts in coordination with ICT functions. /liliContributing to the development of Mechanical Completion procedures, training programs, and project execution strategies. /liliProviding feedback on technical and organizational issues related to Mechanical Completion activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCollecting and capitalizing lessons learned from project execution to improve future project performance. /liliMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mechanical Completion methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. /li /ulpbr / /ppuAt site /u /ppYou will be responsible for:



/pulliManaging and recording punch list items received from discipline supervisors and construction quality inspectors. /liliMonitoring punch list status and closure progress, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of outstanding priorities. /liliSupporting subsystem completion tracking and monitoring discipline completion activities. /liliIssuing Discipline Acceptance Certificates in accordance with project Handover Procedures when required. /liliEnsuring Mechanical Completion documentation is complete, updated, and available for handover activities. /liliCoordinating with Construction, Quality, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning teams to facilitate an efficient project turnover process. /liliSupporting reporting activities and keeping Construction Management informed on completion status and critical issues. /liliPromoting compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards throughout Mechanical Completion activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /pulliTechnical High School Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. /lili3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Completion roles within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial projects. /liliExperience both in Home Office and Construction Site environments is considered a strong asset. /liliAvailability to relocate abroad for project assignments of medium-long duration (typically 12-24 months). /liliGood English level (professional). Language proficiency will be assessed during the selection process. /liliGood knowledge of Mechanical Completion processes, punch list management, system turnover, and handover procedures. /liliStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. /liliGood communication and stakeholder management abilities. /liliAbility to work effectively in multicultural and fast-paced environments. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /pulliContract type:
