Immediato, the company behind AI WEEK and AI Play, we help managers and entrepreneurs understand artificial intelligence and put it into practice. We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building products using modern development workflows and AI-powered tools. Hybrid — Altamura, Italy Part-time or full-time Fluent English required You'll work closely with our CEO and Platforms Product Manager on internal products and client projects, taking features from idea to deployment.
As one of our first technical hires, you'll help shape our products, development processes and engineering culture. Develop new features and improve existing ones. Debug, test and deploy applications. Use AI tools as part of your daily development workflow.
JavaScript / TypeScript · React / Next.js · Node.js · SQL / PostgreSQL · HTML / CSS · Git / GitHub Supabase · Python · Docker · Vercel · Firebase · n8n · OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf, Replit or GitHub Copilot is a plus. You communicate effectively in English. Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000.
Italian collective agreement: CCNL Commercio, Level 4. You'll start by building features across the stack, learning our products and workflows, and developing your technical autonomy. As your skills and ownership grow, you can progress to Full-Stack Developer, taking responsibility for features and projects from development through testing and deployment.
Over time, depending on your performance, experience and company growth, the role may evolve into a Senior Developer / Technical Lead position, with responsibilities spanning architecture, development standards, mentoring and technical strategy. Part-time or full-time flexibility. Close collaboration with the founders.
