In this role you will organize and optimize Hub logistics flows, aligning raw material orders with the transportation plan and handling customer emergencies. You will manage daily workload capacity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high service level. The position focuses on improving efficiency, meeting delivery deadlines, and supporting the Hub's operational objectives. Responsabilità
- Plan and launch preparation waves, ensuring adherence to the transportation plan and deadlines
- Optimize the sequence of operation waves to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate planning with Hub stakeholders (Team Leader, Transport Coordinator)
- Manage daily workload and capacity by adjusting resources to volumes and priorities
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize flows and anticipate peak periods
- Respond to customer emergencies by adjusting schedules and maintaining communication
- Protect overall service level and ensure customer satisfaction within Hub constraints
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics/Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in production management in modernly structured companies, preferably in logistics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP management software
- Deep knowledge of French; good knowledge of English
- Strong organizational, project management, and teamwork abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder interaction
- Assertiveness to enforce deadlines and standards
- Flexibility and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
