In this role you will lead the Italian Integrated Marketing planning and orchestration of 360 campaigns, aligning central direction with local insights to deliver data-driven plans. You'll coordinate planning, budgeting, and calendar governance, while partnering with cross-functional teams to track performance and optimize outcomes. The position sits in the Milan team, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid setup.

You will shape how integrated campaigns drive business priorities and measurable results.

Responsabilità
- Own integrated marketing planning for the Italian market, turning central direction and local insights into a cohesive plan and shared calendar




- Synthesize performance data and market intelligence to inform priorities and validate assumptions
- Maintain the shared marketing calendar as the single source of truth and ensure alignment with strategy and objectives
- Monitor deliverables against objectives, consolidate marketing investment visibility, and run post-campaign reviews for actionable learnings
- Influence cross-functional teams and arbitrate conflicting local and central priorities across initiatives
