In this role you will implement and maintain the organization's ICT infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and reliability for daily operations. Responsabilità
- Install, configure, and deploy servers, networks, and storage
- Support virtualization and cloud technologies adoption
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in infrastructure projects (cloud migration, cybersecurity)
- Administer and monitor servers, devices, and storage
- Troubleshoot, apply updates, ensure stability
- Manage backups and disaster recovery
- Implement proactive monitoring and automation
- Provide expert technical support for incidents
- Collaborate with service desk to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain documentation and procedures
- Provide performance and availability reports to management
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of ICT infrastructure management experience (networking, systems, or cloud)
- Bachelor in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent xkiyazw proven experience)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong networking, security, and virtualization/cloud knowledge
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
