You’ll be responsible for leading global people cost planning and delivering workforce analytics to support strategic business decisions.brThe role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and people cost reviews while developing analyses that combine HR, financial, productivity, and business data. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders, the role drives data-driven workforce planning and organizational performance.brMore specifically you will:brPeople Cost Planning Control brLead the global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes. brMonitor headcount and personnel costs, analyzing variances and key cost drivers. brSupport workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts. brPartner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning. People Performance Analytics brDevelop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data. brDefine and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs.
brDeliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. Reporting Systems brSupport the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency. brPartner with IT to drive the automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics. brWHO YOU ARE brYou bring 8+ years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling. brBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. brYou’re skilled in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent); SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus. brYou’re known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail, and it shows in how you work with others. brYou communicate fluently in EnglishbrWHAT WE OFFER brThe position provides for a base salary between 55,000–65,000brRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.brWithin the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. brNational Collective Labor Agreement for the Textile Industry brJOINING ZEGNAbrJoining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
