Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to join GDM.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects from order intake through final on-site acceptance, ensuring that project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk management are achieved. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. The position includes international travel of approximately 30% of working time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project kick-off to final customer acceptanceMonitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitmentsDevelop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring timely executionIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions when requiredCoordinate cross-functional teams involved in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation,
and commissioning activitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related mattersEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed project deliverablesMonitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and customersManage scope changes, evaluating their impact on costs, timing, and resourcesSupport installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sitesLead project review meetings and drive issue resolution throughout the project execution phaseEnsure proper project closure, including documentation completion and formal customer acceptanceWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical fieldApproximately 5 years of experience in project management within industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environmentsProven experience in managing project costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationshipsGood understanding of project management methodologies and toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesCustomer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skillsProfessional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plusAvailability to travel internationally up to approximately 30% of working timeOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40,800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 10% of base salary at target. ]A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
