Workplace management office overseas:
- Digital workplace governance (endpoints, collaboration tools, software assets).
- Workplace and meeting room technology management.
- Event technology support and delivery.
- Helpdesk and end-user support oversight.
- Definition of standards, policies, and operating processes.
- Continuous service improvement and business continuity management.
- Own the end-to-end Workplace Services strategy, governance and delivery for Head Office users and the Financial Advisor Network, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost optimization and compliance with operating model.
- Define and continuously evolve the Digital Workplace service model, covering end-user devices, collaboration platforms, mobile services, support channels and employee experience.
- Lead service operations across incident, request, problem, change and demand management processes, ensuring high service reliability and user satisfaction.
- Manage external providers and strategic partners, overseeing service performance, contractual compliance, SLA/KPI achievement.
- Oversee the End User Computing and Digital Workplace ecosystem, ensuring service reliability, technology evolution and alignment with business needs.
- Own workplace asset and software lifecycle management, ensuring optimization of costs, licensing compliance, CMDB accuracy and audit readiness.
- Act as the primary IT partner for workplace-related business needs, translating strategic priorities into service enhancements and transformation initiatives.
- Drive workplace innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation and self-service solutions, to improve productivity and user experience.
Requirements
Experience and expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in Workplace Management, End User Computing,
Digital Workplace or related IT Service Management roles.
- Experience managing workplace services in highly regulated environments, with awareness of security, compliance and audit requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms and Digital Workplace technologies.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes, ITIL principles, service governance and operational excellence.
- Experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI governance, budget ownership, asset and software lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, virtual agents and automation tools).
Leadership & Personal Skills:
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to manage services, priorities, risks and outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive reporting skills.
- Proven ability to lead suppliers and cross-functional teams, driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and execution capabilities in complex environments.
- Results-oriented approach with focus on service quality, user experience and cost efficiency.
- Experience supporting distributed user populations, branch networks or Financial Advisor organizations.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management certification.
- Familiarity with cloud-based workplace technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and SaaS-based collaboration services.
- Familiarity with workplace security and compliance topics, including endpoint security, identity and access management, and regulatory requirements.
What we offer:
The position offers employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito) and the Company Supplementary Agreement of Banca Generali.
The starting gross annual salary is approximately €60,000.
