In this role you support global tax planning and international tax matters within Campari Group, contributing to tax governance and compliance across a multinational network. You will work on group restructurings, M&A; and cross-border initiatives, collaborating with tax, finance, legal and business teams. Your work helps ensure robust tax positions, governance, and regulatory alignment in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The opportunity combines complex international taxation with strategic business initiatives, impacting the company's global footprint.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- base salary 55,000–65,000 EUR

Responsabilità
- Support global tax projects, including group restructurings and M&A;
- Provide technical support on international tax matters (permanent establishments, withholding taxes, intercompany transactions)
- Help design and implement global tax governance frameworks and strategies

- Identify and mitigate international tax risks across operations and projects
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Draft and review intercompany agreements in coordination with Transfer Pricing
- Contribute to the implementation of Group Tax Guidelines and overall compliance

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3 to 6 years of corporate tax experience in a multinational or tax advisory/consulting firm
- Experience in FMCG or Fashion & Luxury sectors advantageous

- Degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration with focus on International Taxation
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian; other languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- High integrity and professional ethics
- Solid knowledge of international tax and regulatory systems
- Analytical and tax research capabilities with tax databases
- Application of international tax rules to practical scenarios
