Group Debt and Capital Market Intern

We are looking for an intern who will work within the Group Debt and Capital Market unit.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Supporting the development, enhancement and optimization of automation initiatives aimed at improving the unit’s financial reporting processes;
- Contributing to the research, design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support and enhance capital markets activities and workflows;
- Assisting with daily data collection, data quality assurance and reporting activities within the GDCM area;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and financial requirements into effective IT solutions and developments;
- Working closely with team members in the execution, monitoring and management of debt transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

- Master’s degree (or finalized graduation path) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering;
- Advanced IT proficiency applied to financial contexts, or a strong IT background with an interest in finance;
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data and process structures;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an international corporate environment;
- Good organizational skills, target orientation, and proactive project tracking attitude.
