The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and market consolidation within the Central Europe market, with a specific focus on the industrial vehicle segment and vehicle transport solutions.
Management and development of the client portfolio (carriers, fleets, logistics operators, dealers) in the related market;
Development of new business opportunities within the car carrier segment;
Definition and implementation of the sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives;
Analysis of thetarget market, regulatory trends, and competitor solutions within the sector;
Coordination with technical and production departments to define customized solutions;
Territory management through client visits, product testing, and participation in industry trade fairs;
Structured reporting to the Sales Director.
Proven experience in sales roles within the industrial vehicles, trailers, equipment, or automotive sectors;
Knowledge of the European market and vehicle transport dynamics;
Excellent proficiency in English and in another European language;
Ability to manage complex negotiations and the sale of technical solutions;
Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred);
Specific experience in the car carrier industry;
Active network within the car transport or automotive logistics sector;
Operational autonomy and territory organization skills;
The economic offer will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience
