The attorney will draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents, while providing strategic advice to clients navigating financial distress. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pp - Represent clients in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. /pp - Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents with courts. /pp - Provide legal advice to clients on debt restructuring, asset protection, and creditor negotiations. /pp - Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with federal and state bankruptcy laws. /pp - Attend court hearings, client meetings, and creditor meetings as required. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills Qualifications:
