As HBS Key Account Manager, you will lead consultative sales and strategic growth for assigned key customers in Italy, aligning with Honeywell's focus on vertical markets such as Industrial/Critical Infrastructure and Pharma. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive long-term partnerships, understand customer drivers, and map Honeywell's solutions to real business outcomes. You will shape account plans, pursue growth opportunities, and manage executive relationships to exceed revenue and margin targets. Responsabilità
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships, engaging at all levels including senior executives
- Lead account planning and growth strategies; build pursuit plans and regular business reviews
- Identify and win new opportunities within existing accounts; coordinate cross-functional resources




- Forecast orders and growth opportunities with accuracy; manage contract negotiations and value propositions
- Drive customer satisfaction through collaboration with management and sales teams
- Act as primary Honeywell interface for customers across products, solutions, and services
- Advocate for customer needs within Honeywell and ensure alignment with One-Honeywell approach
- Promote profitable growth through orders, revenue, and margin beyond quota

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of related sales experience
- Ability to engage senior-level decision makers and build long-term strategic relationships
- Enterprise selling experience across matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of CRM for forecasting and tracking sales activities
- Understanding of HBS processes, contracts, and portfolio across verticals
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Industry knowledge in Critical Infrastructure and Pha
