As a support to the sales teams in the area, you will help synthetize the technical information from the Country Biostimulants Team and turn it into a marketing and commercial program to be presented to the Customers. Your daily mission is to support Corteva sales team with commercial and technical advice addressed to Customers. “Corteva sales team brings the Customer intimacy and trust relationship when the BMD brings the commercial and technical support” on a biostimulants market. You will help the teams to grow an efficient commercial approach, in demand creation and training at Customer and Farmer level. You will be accountable for sales on the territory, assist and train the Corteva sales teams executing meetings with key accounts, referencing new products and supporting both sell-in and sell-out activities.Key ResponsibilitiesRolling out the Marketing strategy, voice of the Customer for the LPCTProactively identifies local gaps and needs to be filled with new biostimulants portfolio.Actively scouts local competition to provide LPCT and marketing team with valuable information: this business is highly fragmented; most of the market knowledge is collected on local scale and in the field.Helps on the bottom-up marketing plan and budget requirements for a correct Customer demand generation.In coordination with the Country Biostimulants team, implements a product/Customer segmentation strategy.Rolls out the new products and helps organizing the Customer endorsement plan (demos,



technical transfer and animation)Supporting the Sell-inFirst sell-in consists in supporting the sales team and getting their buy-in on the range of products.Being part of an internal network, together with sales, management and marketing teams to ensure a “biostimulants awareness and competency” in Corteva.Active support to the Corteva sales teams during the meetings with key Customers:New products / project reviewsCampaign kickoff meetingsMid-season and End-season assessments and workshopsSupporting sales teams with trainings before/during the selling seasonCollects competitor's portfolio information to help the team have a comprehensive understanding of general and local markets.Supporting the Sell-outDuring the season and together with the Cortevas commercial team plans field events at Farmer level (when needed also with Distributors/Dealers support): collects intermediate assessments and value them.Support the stakeholders along the value chain and food chain with regular coaching, training, following up and ensuring knowledge transfer on biostimulants portfolio to Customers' teams.Sales planning, forecast and budget.Help sales Teams in their forecasting activity.Based on market information, actively participate to the budgeting process for biostimulants in the market/area.Be accountable to reach the budget.Location: South Of ItalyTravel: 80% within the territory to coverQualificationsTo Grow What Matters, You Will NeedDegree: Academic in Agronomy or significant experience in the Ag businessOther valuable requirements: Sales or Agronomy experience in the Country. Solid background on crop management (main 2 crops of the region), with plant nutrition and soil science experience. Good knowledge of the commercial environment in the given geography.Experience: Valuable in similar roles. Passed experience on key crops and field trials and demos implementation. Strong business mindset and experience working with biostimulants, crop protection or seed products.Results and business oriented.
