ph3The role /h3 pAs a bCritical Operations Manager (COM) /b, you will be responsible for bmanaging critical operations activities /b within the bData Center /b, ensuring the bsafe and continuous operation /b of the facility and the delivery of a bhigh-quality service /b to customers and users. /p pYou will blead the Critical Operations team /b, bmanage relationships with customers and suppliers /b, and ensure bmaintenance and operational activities /b are performed according to bcompany processes, methods, and safety standards /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbLead critical operations activities /b for the Data Center, ensuring bsafe and continuous operations /b and bhigh-quality service delivery /b /p /li lipbLead and manage the Critical Operations team /b /p /li lipbMonitor site operations /b through bBMS and PMS platforms /b /p /li lipbManage routine activities /b on belectrical and mechanical equipment /b /p /li lipEnsure btimely and effective responses /b to bcustomer and user needs /b /p /li lipEnsure all bscheduled maintenance activities /b are completed on time /p /li lipbManage critical situations /b and bextraordinary operational activities /b /p /li lipbPlan and manage technical tasks and equipment /b /p /li lipApply bmaintenance processes /b and boperational methods /b /p /li lipVerify compliance with bsafety standards /b and the correct use of bPPE /b /p /li lipbManage relationships with customers and suppliers /b /p /li lipAttend bperiodic meetings /b with customers /p /li lipPrepare and maintain boperational documentation /b, including bRCA, SOP, MOP, EOP,
and reports /b /p /li lipManage bcustomer cases /b through bNetSuite /b and activities through bModius /b /p /li lipSupport the development of the btechnical and interpersonal skills /b of team members /p /li /ul h3Required Skills and Background /h3 ul lipAt least b5 years of experience /b in bmaintenance activities /b within an bindustrial environment /b; experience in bcritical environments /b is an advantage /p /li lipGood knowledge of bcritical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities /b /p /li lipbHigh school diploma /b or bUniversity degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering /b /p /li lipStrong knowledge of bsafety regulations /b and the correct use of bPPE /b /p /li lipbCustomer-oriented mindset /b and bservice approach /b /p /li lipStrong bcommunication, interpersonal, and team management skills /b /p /li lipGood bdigital skills /b and familiarity with bMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /b /p /li lipKnowledge of bNetSuite /b and bModius /b is considered an advantage /p /li lipFluent in bItalian /band good command of written and spoken bEnglish /b /p /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul lipbSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €65.000 - €75.000 + performance premio /b /p /li lipbContract type:
